A week was what it took for my body clock to adapt to the new schedule: wake-up-before-6-or -you’ll-miss-the-van. So fast that I unintentionally woke up at 6 today – a gloomy weekend morning. It’s not even a work day, the alarm didn’t even ring, and this is perfect weather if anyone wants to snooze in. Here I am sitting wide awake in front of my computer. Can you be any less effective, body clock?
