No sweet soup after lunch
Very little if not zero rice (Talking about a pure Vietnamese not eating rice – I’m a big fan of noodles and the only rice I love is broken rice)
More sleep, especially at weekend.
Baked snacks (Me not snacking is not me at all)
Fruits, aloe vera yogurt, and yakult
Salsa & irregular exercises
Fortunately, this combination seems to be working well for me. Lovely!
